Security

Security policy

EU Media Expert protects client accounts, content assets, and operational data through layered controls. We operate managed services “as is” but follow the safeguards described below.

Protected information

  • Account credentials, access tokens, and internal configuration.
  • Client-provided content libraries, briefs, and analytics.
  • Operational telemetry, automation logs, and workflow history.

Baseline controls

  • TLS encryption for data in transit; storage within vetted cloud providers.
  • Least-privilege access: role-based permissions, regular access reviews.
  • Activity logging and monitoring for managed pipelines and automation agents.
  • Regular dependency updates and vulnerability patching.
  • Backups for critical content repositories and configuration data.

Vulnerability disclosure

Security reports can be sent to security@eumedia.expert. Please include a clear description, steps to reproduce, impacted environments, and evidence that demonstrates the issue without accessing other users’ data.

Responsible disclosure expectations

  • No data exfiltration or denial-of-service testing.
  • Do not access or modify other customers’ information.
  • Allow a reasonable remediation period before public disclosure.

Disclaimer

We operate commercially reasonable safeguards, but services are provided “as is” and no absolute security guarantees are offered.
